January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

so we will be on same pace i will submit on 8th of december 2019 so may be our timeline will remain same .Are you from SINP -OID paper based ?
please let me know about the documents which IRCC need for getting PR.what ever they mention in the IMM check list they only want forms, ielts civil documents, police certificate and pictures. I am confused here they did'nt ask about job letters, education certificates WES and bank statement should i submit these too or not plz help me out

Hi Shafiq,

I received a Nomination Certificate from Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program. Yours I think is Saskatchewan Immigration Nomination Program.

Along with the Paper based application you do not have to send your education or job related documents. You just need to send the documents which are mentioned in the checklist along with Photos, Original of the Police Clearance Certificate and Payment Receipt. I presume that they have already assessed you on education or job front and have the requisite documents.

In my opinion, they have to start processing eligibility first, once approved they start my criminality. Maybe because I've submitted my PCC in advance.

Actually the eligibility are done at the beginning stage by CIO, after that the file will be send to local visa office. Once the local visa office do the eligibility before or after medical request, the PAL will be ready. That's what I know the process from my previous readings about paper based applications. In my case i submitted PCC when they requested but till now i didnt got PAL, still waiting since medical pass status.
