January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hi guys i sent my PNP pr application at
Courier address:
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Provincial Nominee Program Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2 Canada.

i didnt send it on P.O BOX because previously they lost the whole package. I am an inland applicant and sent it through Fedex. Would it be okay? i checked on the Nomination certificate there was two addresses. but on the website the address was meant for Citizen applicants. kindly reply.

I am also waiting for my BOWP, they received my application on July 25. I'm hoping to hear back in a month or so, according to the processing times.
My AOR is April 4.
