No. Thats correct. Your address will always be the on every correspondence received from IRCC. You just need to download the ones for your dependents that are outland and email it to the person in your country who will print it and take your dependents to have their medical done.

Still shown on GC key
we are reviewing medical results
we are processing background check
How much time they take to get med passed on ECas
nothing is shown on ECAS for medical (not received even)

I really don't understand IRCC at all. Have been unable to get to them since this year. Even with the lifts on the lock down, them seem not to be working. This makes no sense.
