Hi everyone, finally my time to share some good news.
Finally received COPR yesterday (Jan 04, 2021) after 24 months, Issued by local visa office Winnipeg. I am single applicant inland applied through MPNP Manitoba.

Wow, congratulation. It has been a long time, about 2 years. Do you know why MP to DM took over 1 year? Was visa office changed during the process?
No, Visa office was the same throughout the process. My visa office was Nova Scotia. I know its a long time between MP and DM, i have tried calling them GCMS, web forms but there was only one reply from them "due to covid we are working in reduced capacity so you have to wait"
It is weird. Anyway, your long wait is done. Congratulation buddy. Enjoy life without the stressful wait.
