Same here
Yes brother same hereJust got email for finger print req. scarborough address on the letter.
Nothing updated on ecas. Anyone else on the same boat??
The fingerprints must be send electronically in digitalized form to RCMP (not to IRCC directly). But how the fingerprints are digitalized is not important. Usually police station and fingerprints company have machines that scan the finger and produce the electronic form automatically. The one you went to obviously doesn't have such machine so they will create the electronic form from the ink version.Hi guys. I just gave my fingerprints to a rcmp accredited agent ... the agent took the fp in ink and was the impressions was posted on a piece of paper. He mentioned that this will be scanned and submitted to ircc electronically.
The letter states that fingerprints should not be inked.
Any one else did the fp recently? I am little confused now .. would ircc ask me to submit the fp again???
