You are in IP2 because your background check says 'we are processing your background', else it would have been 'we are processing your application'.

it was a ghost update looks like, most applicants getting a ghost update recently in the last 3-4 weeks have been getting ppr after. within hours or at max 2-3 days. best of luck!
