Hi guys,

I am Jan 20th AOR in FSW-O and am having a rare situation. I have claimed 15 points for my sister's PR as she has been a PR since June, 2017. While she was supposed to receive PR card, the address was communicated wrong and she did not receive her PR card. While I applied for PR, I submitted copy of her COPR and stamped passport. IRCC later asked me to submit her PR card as an ADR on Feb 20th, but since she had not received her initial PR card yet, I provided them with the explanation to resolve the issue for my sister's PR card and once she receives it, I can update the same. As of now, my sister has sent 3 CSE's and solemn declaration and there has been no response from IRCC on the matter. My application is still showing 'reviewing additional documents provided' and my sister has been trying to follow up with IRCC every week since my AOR. Can anyone suggest any way in which we can get this issue resolved? I have already mentioned to IRCC about my sister raising CSE and my sister also has mentioned my situation in her CSE's so that IRCC is aware of the situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Arahan

Based on your experiences, could you please give me an approximate date on when I could expect the PPR. I know there is no set pattern but just a guesstimate.

Thank You for your time and all the best to everyone!

Regards,
PB_TX_BC
There is no real estimate nowadays, People have been getting PR anywhere between 3 weeks to more than 100 days!
Looks like you are on IP1, Hope it changes soon for you and you never know as soon as you are in IP2, you might receive PPR quickly or it might take months and weeks. Keep 90 Days from AOR as an estimate on a positive side

hope you get it soon! Cheers :)

Any thoughts on this guys? Thank you!
So if you consider this an ADR then I would assume that the CIC might not proceed with processing the app until the ADR is met. But then since your PP is not expired technically they can continue to work with your app. The best judge of this would be the CIC itself. Can you call them and confirm which way they planning to lean?

Thats the best you can do - make the CIC aware of the facts and if required they will dig through her CSE and other tickets. Don't worry they will not pass an unfair judgement for an address mistake. As long as you have explained the CIC about your case in detail, you will be fine. Hang in there.

I actually talked to the CIC/IRCC call centre rep yesterday about this. He said they will still continue processing my application but he was uncertain about what he was saying (typical call centre rep, they don't have answers and they are extremely rude!!!) I didn't buy anything he said.

tbh if they say that they will continue to process the app then you should believe them. they don't have a reason to give you incorrect info....
