Just so you know security will never say "pass", and CRIM isn't usually updated to pass until right before PPR. Security will have a s.15(1) beside it when complete.

I saw a post in january 2016 applicant she had interview in HK visa office, but her nationality is filipino.
She said her interview went well. The only thing odd was that after the interview according to her, all the original documents where given back to her by the visa officer that they submitted before(like pictures/emails ). The officer told her she will get an update after a week.

Hi IamBule, can you enlighten us on this matter? You're our default guy to go :)

Hi

Why was the interview in HK?

Is the application processing there?

If she was given back the original documents but the officer kept any updated forms or something like PCC this is a good sign and usually means she passed the interview. If the officer gave back everything including anything they would need to finish processing the application then this is a bad sign.

it's the visa office assigned for her application, and the PA works there.
The PCC are with the VO.

She brought a new one and they kept it?

If so there's a very good chance she has passed the interview.

Some VO's return all the original relationship proofs once the application is finalized, so it's possible the officer just returned them after the interview rather than mail them later.

She didn't bring new PCC. She brought her passport but she brought it back with her and the visa officer didnt asked for it.

Usually when it will be a refusal after the interview the officer will hand back all the documents they requested the applicant to bring to the interview and say something like "I will look over your file and come to a decision and let you know in 4-6 weeks"

If the officer keeps the documents and says something like "we let you know the next steps" or something of that nature, it's usually an approval.

Hi, I've sent my sponsorship application from the UK on July 15th 2016 and the Parcel Force notofied me that It was delivered on July 21st 2016. However, until now (August 1st 2016) I havn't received any AOR1 through my email yet. Is this unusual?
