I haven't posted on this thread in awhile but wanted to updated you guys that our application was approved today according to My CIC We applied January 8 and it was in process at Dar Es Salaam VO on March 15. Hopefully that gives some hope to all of you still waiting. I know it's so hard to wait but your time will come soon. Stay patient and positive, your prayers will soon be answered. All the best to everyone in the January family!

Thank for sharing. Apparently you were the first January applicant in this forum that had your decision made! Did they request your passport yet or just changed to "decision made" in your My cic?

Thank you so much! They requested my husband's passport at the beginning of August. My CIC shows the application as closed and approved. ECAS still show in process so guess My CIC is updated faster than ECAS. Good luck to you!

Passport request yesterday. The email comes with clear instructions on what to send and how to send. As i have been in Canada for over 3 months i could send to Ottawa by Canada post. So that's a relief.
Submitted my passport. Hope for the best.

Passport request yesterday. The email comes with clear instructions on what to send and how to send. As i have been in Canada for over 3 months i could send to Ottawa by Canada post. So that's a relief.

My timeline is in my signature. Basically no news after AOR2.

Additional information is they asked for more documents.
June 24 - police check from Malaysia and in the same email they said they are returning proof of relationship.
August 2 - police check from Canada... in the same email they still said they are returning proof of relationship.
I guess it's their template.
Police check in Canada is not done in a police station but authorised companies FYI.

August 23 - PPR

Will update when I get my passport back.

They notify him that they started to review his PR application June 20/16

Still, review in progress, Medical passed..
It feels such a long time

Good luck to all of us
He is in El Salvador, and is Mexico the office where his application is being reviewed, any ideas how they work? I mean are they good, or slow, fast Lol I'm just too anxious

.hello! A november 2015 applicant today has her passport request, her timeline was 10 months (mexico city too)
So! We have to be patient, in strong cases takes 7-10 months all the process.
Im from Honduras, my AoR2 was in May! So, we are waiting too, we request the GCsM notes because we cant link our application to my account.
Look in the Mexico spreedsheat and Mexico Forum too, that helps us a lot.

Just sent in my husbands police check to the embassy! Now just to wait for passport request!! Almost there!
