Unfortunately agree. Their processing is neither linear nor predictable. Some queues are fast, some are slow, some people mysteriously finish in less than a year while others enjoy the 3 years treatment...

Ok, it seems that CIC has found my missing application

No ecas update but I called CIC call centre and the lady told me that they had sent out my acknowledgement letter and study guide as of yesterday, April 3, 2014. She also told me that my ecas would not be visible until they "open a computer file for me"

So, I guess I am already running 30 day behind where I should be

Congrats !! can you tell more about your case , like any travel during the 4 yr period ?

Hi Muzmil,

I had 205 days of absences. I traveled for conferences(mostly north america), visited parents back home(South Asia) and interned for 4 months in Europe. I also have 4-5 day trips to USA.

I've been wondering the disappearance of Canadap too. I think he deleted his record from the sheet as well.
