Many day trips to USA, at times i did not give my i-94 back on expiry

Received line disappearing is a good news.

I think CIC started working on 2014 applications now.

Hopefully January 2014 applicants will get Test date in June and followed by February applicants in July.

400$ should do some justice.

I phoned cic today and the lady told me that my files was transferred to EDMONTON office last MAY 20,I applied JAN 8,2014...

You must sent all your I-94 to US when times comes to expire. When you leave US and does not give back I-94, your status remain as you are still in US.

I am not sure but possibly when CIC checked out your CBSA report, it may not went through and that's why you got RQ.

If your passport has entry/exit stamp then you should not have any issue.

I think My RQ is because of My Indepdendent Contractor working status.
This time i am sending my Invoice and Hourly Time sheets
