My husband and I will be sending our application in July,2012 under NOC 3152. I just started collecting docs to send?

Do I still need to send the original documents or just the authenticated photocopies? Do I need to send a copy of my Elementary diploma? thanks for replying guys!

According to current rules you only need to send original copy of IELTS and job experience certificate and rest of other documents should be photocopy.

the last sentence says I should submit proof of competing the courses. does it really apply to me or the college diploma is enough?

do I need to send my HS and elementary diplomas as well?

hi blu,

you need to send copy of high school diploma. elementary diploma, not anymore. if your HS diploma is not in english, you need a translation of it and a notarized copy.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf you will see the list of all documents you need... according to number 13 you dont need to submit your high school and elementary diploma.. you only need is all certificate and diploma after high school ( Post-seconday ). tyr to read those list of documents required.

i dont mind and your welcome!
as stated in the document checklist IMM 5612, you can provide copies, unless stated otherwise. but if you can send them the originals TOR and retain a set of originals with you, much better. (as per advised of our lawyer)
with regards to the school writing " for visa application", i dont know about that.
