Hope you all are doing well.
I message here but no one reply me, now I really need to your help kindly reply me.
My fiance have offer letter from ITD College Vancouver (Without IELTS) for Jan19 intake in Business administration co-op.
And her uncle sponsoring her as he living in London.
3 million bank statement
Please tell me how much she has chances to get study permit from Pakistan without IELTS, I hear that from the Pakistan IELTS is not big deal if she has admission offer letter.

You realise that attending ITD being a private college she will not qualify for a PGWP ?

Nobody could tell you especially with such little information. What @Bs65 is telling you that if the goal is immigration this is not the right school because the school will not lead to a work permit after graduation.

She hasn't received study visa yet so not much you can do but wait. I would apply for admission into another school and switch or reapply depending if she gets a visa.

Problem is the she has not time to fulfill the requirement of IELTS for admission any other school. suppose if she get admission in any other school without IELTS then then how are the chances to get study permit from the Pakistan... As I listen to many people that if we have admission offer letter then IELTS is not a big deal for immigration department if apply from Pakistan.
Is that true?
