If you yet to receive ITA, you should be able to edit your profile in the express entry website. If you get your ITA anytime soon, hopefully soon, you will still have option (editable) review and update your language and ECA test result. However, I would prefer for myself to do the changes before ITA and if not possible still you will have option to do so after receiving ITA and before submitting your PR application.

Today my background changed from not applicable to we are processing your background check. Is anyone in the same boat?
Same for me..my background check started just when i submitted biometrics on 1st of nov
I am curious as which one start first, eligibility or background? Or it depends on case to case ?
Based on other threads, it appears that security which is a part of background check starts after eligibility check. However, on my tracker background verification was in progress since day 1. So you cannot really tell which parts happens first.
