Just the ECA and degree certificate(s). If they are in a language other than English or French, authorized translations as well. That's it.

Hi Guys,

A question for those who got an ITA from PNP:

I just received a "Notice of Nomination To The Centralized Intake Office". It says on the letter that it should be attached to my complete application package for Permanent Residence to be mailed to the CIO. I thought that processing will be fully online in Express Entry? I also did not see a file holder for it in the Permanent Residency requirements? What did you do? Thanks.

Request for Documents

I got a request for

Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees _ A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes- Provincial Nominees form

AND/OR

Schedule 4A - Prov Nominee: a newly completed Schedule 4A- Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees- Business Nominees Form

Can someone tell me where to find these. I don't think I am a business nominee (outland fsw) but let me know your thoughts.

Fill and sign schedule 4. Attach LOE for 4A stating that it is not applicable to you. Good luck.

Can you guys help me with one more query ?

I have my salary credited in a private bank(HDFC) and I have very less balance in the same. But I have a 2 FD in a nationalized bank(State Bank of India) which easily meets the minimal requirement for a family of 3.

Can I simply show the 6 months statement from my salary account and the FD certificate from the other bank ? Would this be considered as a valid proof of fund ?

Please advise. Thanks in Advance.

Guys, regarding spouse work experience documents... how thorough do we have to be if we're not claiming points for the spouse? My wife does not have payslips from any of her jobs. So all I'm submitting for her work exp is offer letters, relieving letters, service certificate and such letters that simply state that this person worked at our company from this period to this period at this job position.

If you are not claiming any points, you need not worry. Visa officer will ignore that section. Attach whatever you have and also attach a loe stating that you are not claiming any points for your spouse work exp. and since the system prompted me to upload the documents, i have uploaded the documents available with me. Good luck.

Hi,

I have reached this stage and received this message, want some clarification.

1. In schedule 4 form, under point 3 provincial stream/ category, what do I have to exactly write. I have applied through Express Entry skilled worker (without job offer ) provincial nominee (NSNP).

2. As form schedule 4A is not applicable for me , what I understand is that I have to upload a LOE against it. Is LOE just a plain declaration by me in word file or it has a particular form/format etc.

Thanks,

Answer to question 2: a plain letter of explanation signed by applicant should suffice.

Answer to 1 could be NSNP but I am not 100% sure. Please double check this.
