Please guide me with my situation I got ITA in 19th draw- Ontario Nominee candidate

I am Indian Citizen with my residence & bank funds in India, but right now I am in Australia on a 2month Vacation- Visitor/Tourism and I will return to India in Jan 2016, with limited time in hand I need to apply while I am on vacation

1) with limited time in hand I have to undergo medicals- Can I do my medicals in Australia instead of India?

2) What address shall I give in my application? India address (or) temporary Australia address?

3) Do I need a PCC in Australia, I am here only for 2 months, as I am applying while I am on vacation

4) When I return back to India in Jan 2016, do I need to notify CIC? How?

5) My IELTS is expiring on Dec 22, I have new better IELTS score, I already recieved ITA, is it safe to update my new IELTS score in my Express Entry Profile? Or shall I only scan my updated IELTS with my educational docs? Will this lead to expire my Express Entry profile on Dec 22?

6) What is Schedule 4/4A about? Where can I find it? I am a provincial nominee candidate, which form shall I complete? Shall I attach it in my LOE?

I have reached this stage and received this message, want some clarification.

1. In schedule 4 form, under point 3 provincial stream/ category, what do I have to exactly write. I have applied through Express Entry skilled worker (without job offer ) provincial nominee (NSNP). Hi the name of the stream is Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry. I am in the same category as well and have already submitted schedule 4 and LOE for 4A

2. As form schedule 4A is not applicable for me , what I understand is that I have to upload a LOE against it. Is LOE just a plain declaration by me in word file or it has a particular form/format etc.

I had received a PN from Ontario as an FSW candidate so I have which could be considered a dumb question but it is a serious one...

Am I considered a PNP Application or FSW ? .....

I ask this because if I want to send a CSE I have to choose which option applies to me.... is it PR outland FSW or PR outland PNP?


and can everyone update on their status summary from MyCIC? mine has been stuck for 17 days now after I provided a PCC that was requested and needed a letter from the Canadian embassy.

Thank you for the reply but this still does not answer my question... I am only eligible for FSWP and that is what I chose in my OOPNP application, however I want to know that now that I have sent in my PR application depending on the PN I received , if I want to sent a Case specific enquiry, what option should I choose?

Unable to upload pdf files
Had the same experience. Check your file name and make sure you do not have any full stop other than the one before pdf, otherwise the settings will be looking for pdf after the full stop and so will not recognise the file. eg File name: 1.Temisan Always.pdf. Rather than the pdf be recognised, Temisan is seen as the file app.
Same thing applies if you have done this whilst saving your file with other apps gif; jpeg, doc etc
