Are there any possibilities of getting a job offer from canada without PR application. How can we move to Canada from EE without any job?

if you are IT/ Engineering Professional with couple of years' experience then you should fullfill their skilled class requirement ( Point system ) apply through proper channel ( i mean to say your country's Canadian Embassy) and prepare for ILETS with good bands. Chances are you will be landed into Canada within specified time frame.

It is too difficult to get a job offer for an outland applicant. It is a costly and lengthy process so employers just don't hire foreign workers. If possible try student visa, land here. Study and look for a job and try your luck.
