Hello everyone,

On Mar 2024, I was issued an Offer of Employment and a positive LMIA. I used this LMIA for my WP extension. The Offer of Employment expired on Mar 2026. When I created my EE profile, for the part Intended Work in Canada, I answered "YES" for the question related to JOB OFFER and LMIA. I received my ITA on 09 Jul 2026 under Canadian Experience Class. Now, I am preparing for my e-APR and I realized that my previous job offer expired and I don't have a current valid job offer. Could I change the answer of job offer from "YES" to "NO"? If I change, does the officer think of mispresentation? Thank you for your help!

Did the job offer and job lead to you receiving the ITA?
