IT manager experience

I worked for a bank as Deputy Manager- IT Department for seven years. Bank has given me a simple experience letter that I have worked as Deputy Manager from Feb 2002 to Oct 2009.

Now I have sue bank in labor court for discriminatory lay off. Now what should I do for detail job descriptions.

what was ur job responisblities. Designation does not matter.

my job duties were as Deputy Manager - Information Technology ; These job duties were
management of support technical staff
management of data center and disaster recovery site
management of disaster recovery plan and testing
management help desk at Punjab Region

etc

But due to litigation again bank due to discriminatory lay off, How I should send my job descriptions

Did you not get a JD when you started ? You might be able to even find the JD available on the Banks Wesbite. Most companies have thier JD's posted on the web.

I had a job description but now I am laid off discriminatory by bank. I am unable to print the job description on bank letter head due to my legal action against bank. In which way to send the job description
