I got rejected by Delhi HC twice in AUG for Sept intake both under generic visa.showin the same reason twice
"MY PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF ONE OR MORE OF MY QUALIFICATIONS,PREVIOUS STUDIES,EMPLOYMENT,LEVEL OF ESTABLISHMENT,OTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IN INDIA OR CANADA,LANGUAGE ABILITIES OR MY FUTURE PROSECU AND PLANS".


to my knwledge my my reason for rejection may be one ot more of the followin...
1.I am having many backlogs and 2nd class % in my B.tech (cse)
2.i completed my B.tech in 2009 n aftr dat i was in2 my family business
3.i have applied for I.T.Solutions in Humber 2yrs PG DIploma,since i was weak in my course CSE in b.tech i shdnt have applied for I.T.Solutions.(bt my consultant miss guided me dat i may rejected visa due to my B.Tec s\s in CSE i shdnt apply for business Course (i wanted to some business course thought of changing my couese aftr goin to coll).
4.The deadline for visa filing is 1aug for september intake bt i applied on 4aug n 17aug ...


So these are steps i am thinkin of applying for the next intake
1.i changed my course to Global business management (to show him dat am havin my family business so i have to return back home aftr completion of my studies to look aftr my family business)
2.i will apply in generic process in 1st week of october.


but comin to my backlogs since i have submitted my indivisual marklists twice for Visa application can i now change them to no backlog certificates showin dat i don have any backlogs at all? Since we have to submit only photostat copies of mark lists!!!!!!
will they refer my previous application or file dat deeply????


please answer!! dis was the oly thing running in my mind eversince i got rejected!!!!!!

1. Ofcourse they will check, since they have all records.

2. Two rejections ! And now you are trying for third time. Its clearly mentioned on the website that a rejected applicant can apply again ONLY if there is "substaintial improvement/changes" in his profile. Now I do not think just by changing course is like a substaintial change. my couese aftr goin to coll).

Number of tries does not matter much. As long as you have a genuine case (not a made up case) visa officer will review your case normally. (of-course in your case he may dig more than usual applications)

By genuine I mean, your academic background matches with your desired program in CA. Your work-experience makes sense with the degree you're planning to pursue. Your ties to your native country (family, business, STABLE JOB, money, taxes etc). etc

The most important one in my opinion is: your previous academic background+previous job+desired degree/

I got rejection for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, but SOP was very poor... applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..

Although one can easily speculate one or more reasons of rejection basis profile evaluation. But in your case, it certainly rings the bell that both times you received generic rejection letter being issued to all rejection cases. You should first apply for CAIPS notes to figure out what was the rejection reason. You may think hell lot of things such as backlogs, second class etc etc but you never know if they rejected your case as you applied post the deadline (though not saying they always reject cases submitted after the deadline, know a few who got visa when they applied after the deadline). So first know why you are rejected and then work on it.
