What size are the PDFs and have you logged in and out again? What version of Adobe?

PDF size are 2MB, and I have logged in and out so many times. I restarted my PC and then tried again. I used 4 different browsers; Same issue :(

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

The site was down for maintainence last night, might be linked. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Why not convert it to word and then print to PDF and save it? Maybe there's a corrupted file. Is it all uploads or just a particular one?

Definitely sounds like a browser thing, but if you've tried others then I'm a bit stuck.

Can you use a different connection? Someone elses house?

Uninstall reader and Download free-trial version of Adobe Acrobat Professional and try converting all your word files using this:
https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/free-trial-download.html
It's way better and will let u organize your documents as well
