ISB-CHC: Confused need to know, please help if you can

Aslamoalikum Friends!
I was just looking at the Excel Sheet of students applied to CHC for student visa. The Visas issued by the embassy are all to those students who have applied to Universities. I am worried because I and many students have applied in Canada's Colleges. So i wanna ask; is this a coincident or its a fact that more rejections comes on colleges as if we compare with universities?

It seems highly unlikely to get visa on college offer letter, in current situation. Me also a college student, now waiting for any news from chc - isb.
