Is worth it to go for the CLB 10?

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask you guys if it would be worth trying to get CLB 10 on the IELTS test.

It will give more points right?

Right know this is my situation:
- applaying with my spouse accompanying I get 455 points
- with my spouse not accompanying will be 467 (if I remember correctly)
- I do have CLB 9 (it was really hard for me with no proper English education )
- to get CLB 10 I should get an extra 0.5 in both speaking and writing

Should I try it again o should I wait and see what the next draws are?
I am quite confused I would love some advise here.

You should get an invite in a few more draws (cannot really predict how many).
If I am in your situation, I would aim for CLB 10 while waiting for the invite.

I will study while waiting for a free more draws cause I actually don't know how hard would it be to get those extra .5 points.

there is a huge difference between 6.5 to 7
but 7 to 7.5 is doable is what I heard.

If you have already cracked the code for 7, getting a 0.5 extra shouldn't a big ask.
