Hi everyone,

I hope you all have a good day.

My situation is that I am graduating by April 2020 for a 3 years bachelor degree. However, I think I will have a problem of asking for a Post graduate work permit since I have 2 part time semesters.

So my question is: should I just graduate, then go to work in another country and get the experience there, then apply for Express Entry under FSW after 1 year?

I am not sure if this is an acceptable route, but seeing the most recent refusals in PGWP, I am afraid that I have no other choice.

I don't think having 2 part time semesters disqualifies you for PGWP.
You need to have been a full time student for at least 8 months. So do apply for PGWP...

In any case, do apply for PGWP, and only make a final decision after you receive your response.
If it's refused, then yes, you can go back home and gain all the necessary requirements to go through FSW.

Actually, having more than one part time semester does in fact disqualify a person from obtaining a PGWP.

My advice would be to try applying for a PGWP all the same. You will most likely be refused - but there is a small chance you may be approved.
