I know dental procedures in Canada can be expensive...so, I need to know if I need to have my daughter's teeth checked and if there's anything- have everything done in our home country before we leave for Canada. I know that there is no dental coverage for adults (in provincial health insurance) but how about for children?

You better make her mouth checked in your country... There's no spacial dental coverage for kids here (unless you buy it!)

thanks!

i thought they get dental check ups and routine procedures in school :( guess not, better book an appointment with the dentist...
