Is T4 required for the Canadian work experience?

The thing is I started working in Canada on November 2021. So I only have the T4 for that brief period of 2021. We wont be issued the T4 for 2022 until Feb 2022.
Coming 29th Nov 2022, it will be one year of work experience. So I intend to start the pr process soon. What should I do about the T4?
Please advise.

Still include last year's T4 imo. IRCC agents understand you won't have this year T4 but last year's T4 will corrobrate your story.
