Also one more thing. Applications of Pakistani students are processed in Abu dabhi but what stamping of visa? Bas told me that stamping of visa is done in Islamabad embassy is it true?

I am not really sure about that, I think the passport got stamp from Islamabad as they deliver passport back within a week or in some cases within days.
