Is it necessary to include spouse in FSW PR application

Hi,

I am living separately from my wife. Though we have not approached court for separation or divorce. I want to apply for FSW in Jan. Can I apply alone? or i need to be legally separated or divorce to apply? I want to apply alone as of now and sponsor her later if we decide to live together again in future.

You have to include all members of your family whether they intend to go with you or not i.e wife and children, even if she isn't living with you

1) i cant get any of her documents ............how can I apply ???
