Hello,
Me and my wife are living separately for 3 & half years(but not legally separated). We have 5 year old son living with her for same time.My wife and child living with my in-laws a their home. She had filed court case for monthly maintainence. May be , I will start giving monthly maintenance in coming days to my wife and son, or maybe we try to live together again.
My question is:
Can I apply and got PR Canada alone ?
Which marital status to mention in application( married or some other status)?

Please Help.

If you are still married to her, then your status will be married.

You can apply and get PR for yourself, but you will have to mention them as part of your family, but family members who will NOT be accompanying you to Canada, which means you have to provide all information about them, they will have to undergo medicals as well when asked for by CIC.
