is it necessary to have job contract letter and job description letter separate?

Hi,
it is confusing because contract letter also has job description/duties in it. My employer is preparing documents necessary for me to apply to AINP.

so please suggest me so that I could give some guide lines to prepare those documents?


It is for PGWP holder with job ( bookkeeper accounting NOC 1231). It is my precaution for not being rejected for simple reasons.

it seems IELTS is not necessary for AINP I think. if you have seen something please share with me.

I also know ainp dont require english test for high skilled ( O,A,B ) catagory.But when nomination is approved & apply for Permanat residnce to CIC, do they ask for english test result?????
somebody just told that every one will be asked for elnglish test when they apply for PR after nomination.

For your job letter, your employer can put job description in job contract.

Have you done your job contract/description letter? could you give a bit more info for me. I am very good chance of getting approved so does not want to miss because of unnecessary things.
