Is ECA report and original degree/marksheet enough post ITA or transcript needed again

Hi post receiving ITA do I again need transcripts from university to upload along with my ECA report, marksheet & degree certificate. Or without the transcripts is also fine. ?

Transcripts are not required post ECA.
