Is Co-op time counted for Permanent Residence

I am an international student and I am doing a one year course with a co-op in the third and final semester. I would like to know, will the time I worked during co-op will be counted when I apply for PR.

For Express Entry, not for Canadian experience as a student. You can count it towards foreign experience.
