I just received my oath email finally. from Scarborough office.
Guys, I finally received DM and an invite to take the Oath on December 14th! I was fully expecting the ceremony to be in March 2022, so I'm over the moon 
I have yet to receive an email with the Oath invite, all updates were on the tracker. Details are in my signature.
I'll keep you posted on how long it takes to receive the email invite.

30th May took test passed 17/20
Decision made on 10th august 2021
Oath invitation:11th august 2021
Oath email received today-6th December 2021.
And if I may please ask is it better to sign the oath form electronically or print it out and sign it?

So, did you contact them to get oath email? (either you sent an email or called them?)
