IRCC require additional information to my webform

I have recently submitted my PGWP application and raised a webform for adding some details to my LoE. This was the content in my webform:

I had mentioned this experience in my Statement of Purpose for my study permit application and in the work history section of IMM1294. However, due to limited space on the IMM5710E application form, I was unable to include all of my previous work experiences. From June 2021 to July 2024, I worked part-time as a Research Associate at xxxx, a mental health not-for-profit based in my home country. This role was fully remote, paid in my home country’s currency, had no ties to any Canadian employer or clients, and did not interfere with my studies or any other IRCC policies. This clarification is provided in the interest of transparency, provide consistency, and to support my application. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Today I received an email from them:
"Good day,
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information you provided; however, we require further information in order to access the file.
In order to better assist you, we invite you to resubmit your request by including the following information in a letter of explanation and uploading it in the IRCC Web form:

• Surname and complete given name (including middle name, if applicable) - exactly as they appear on the passport or identity document,
• Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD),
• Client ID Number, UCI or Application Number,
• Country of birth,
• Type of application,
• Date on which the application was submitted or received,
• Mailing method (courier, Canada Post (registered or regular mail), etc.),
  
  • company used,
  • confirmation no.,
• Complete address (including the postal code and the unit number) where the application was sent,
• Receipt number,
• Current address,
• Telephone number(s),
• Email address, and
• All documents submitted with your previous request."

What am I missing in my webform?

I only redacted identifying/personal information which I did re-verify and there's nothing missing or incorrect on that front.
I haven't attached any documents with my webform either!
