I received email from kitchener VO to payment PR fees of $1610.00. I have already paid that fees while submitting application and my spouse is non accompanying.
I called call center agent to confirm whether it's genuine email or not. They said it's genuine email and application is completed and waiting for my spouse fees. And for them it shows spouse as accompanying. Please guide me whether to make this fees and wait or reply them saying I already paid my fees and spouse non accompanying?
