Has anyone seen or heard about this new IRCC bulletin which will allow some immigration streams to apply for a BOWP before they receive their AOR? I am a PNP employer sponsored nominee but have about 30 months left on my closed work permit. My questions that the bulletin doesn't answer is; 1) even though my work permit is not expiring, am I still eligible for a BOWP? 2) What will happen to my PNP nomination if I leave my sponsoring employee?
