IRCC Inquiry Response Email's Meaning?

Hey guys,

I submitted a web form inquiry about two weeks ago to IRCC about my citizenship application (not about delays but to ask about something else), have not received a response but received this email from them today.

The wording is really ambiguous, however, it is evident that the email is generic. Can anyone tell me what IRCC is saying? Has anyone gotten this before?

I personally interpreted it as "we are sorry we cannot get back to you on your original inquiry, please contact us/ submit the form again" or maybe it is simply a mass email sent to every inquirer.

Original email pasted below:

Good day,
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

IRCC is always striving to improve our customer service. Rest assured that our priority is to answer your needs.

If your enquiry has yet to be answered via other channels such as our phone agents, paid representatives, community centres, etc., please write back to us using the IRCC Web form.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:
· Download application forms and guides
· Change of address
· Check your application status
· Help Centre
We thank you for your understanding and patience as we seek to provide existing and future Canadians with the best client service.

Sincerely,
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Either they're just clearing their Inbox (e.g., for in-house performance metric purposes), or it means that they've actually read your request and someone's actioned it, or at least forwarded it in the right direction. But you're quite right, it would've been nice if their respondent could've provided at least a one-line case-specific hint as to what's gone on.
