I have tried several time to contact IRCC at 1-888-242-2100 and have got same response:
“ We are unable to get you to an agent “
Can someone, Pl, guide me how to contact them to check the status of my Citizenship Application which is now more than a year old.

Try after August 2nd .. try like Wednesday or Thursday mornings

After the language option, press 3-4-1-0. I got in on my 2nd call and is just waiting for a representative. Good luck!

Same message, I think they have very short window where they actually take calls.. because I have tried different hours and I mostly get this message asking to call back at a later time

I was able to call yesterday around 8:30 am . Wait time was 17 minutes though
