IQAS Doubts

I applied around a month back in IQAS and its been 20 days since I received the msg from DHL that my documents have reached its destination, but still it is showing SUBMITTED..
What should I do?

IQAS works on mails by specific week.
Once they start processing the week your documents were reached, you will get an AOR.
