Iqas - can we send transcripts directly?

I have my transcripts with me from Ptu jalandhar. Can i send these or my university need to send it directly to iqas?

As mentioned on IQAS website, transcripts should be sent by University however there are people who have sent themselves and got a positive ECA.
Its upto you to take that chance.

I heard that ptu is reluctant to send the transcripts directly.

And sending docs separately will increase the processing time.

So send it yourself via DHL. Its the fastest.

The entire process can take a few months depending on the number of credentials you are having assessed and, once complete, delivery time to your address. IQAS does not provide rush assessments. Understand the process here.

Do transcripts/mark sheets have to be sent directly by the school to IQAS?
Yes. IQAS needs to verify that your credentials are authentic so your school must send your transcripts directly to IQAS in a sealed envelope. Use the Request of Academic Records form on our website to ask your school to send your transcripts. In cases where the issuing institution cannot send transcripts directly to IQAS, they may provide you with a sealed envelope with your attested transcripts enclosed which may be couriered by you to our office. The envelope must remain sealed, and has to be stamped with the institution's official seal across the back flap.

Hey i sent a mail to iqas too.. but they said they have answered this que on website.. there it's written that the school must send the docs to them..
What to do now? I too have my sealed transcripts with me from ptu..
And how do you rate iqas over ices/ces/icas.. which would be the best option for ECA
