IP1 stage without MED passed

Hi all

I have my application went to IP1 stage "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." while the medical is still showing "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

What does that mean? should I contact the panel physician in which I had the testing?

Before medicals updated, my profile went to IP2 stage, after 3 months only my medicals updated.
If you contact them also, you don't get the proper response. So wait for some more time.
