By calling IRCC

I mean I passed everything as you and have been told since September 17 that it is in final step for decision. Based upon what I have seen, this step takes long in small offices like Winnipeg and Edmonton. In Ottawa, I have seen it takes 2-3 weeks. Btw, I have completed 11 months and CEC too
