Any one please what shell i do ? am very upset after 8 years wait and spent too much money ,they terminated my application .

shell i go for complain or return my fee back...?

I guess this is a tough one. I am newbie here and not qualified to give any advice but I do feel your disappointment. It's a shame that it take the Canadian government so long to process the applications, then decided to terminate the program.

The new program in Quebec is not any faster. While the similar program EB-5 in the US takes about 2 years, the Quebec Investor program seems to take 7-8 years! Lot of things would happen within that 7 years duration.

I don't think you have much choices. Cut your losses, get a refund and start exploring new options. Complaining about the past will not get you any results

I thought of the same thing but did not have the courage to say it. nabil2009 have spent 7 years and probably a lot of money on it.

It's ashame that Canada Gov. could not simplify and expedite the process.
