Intl Student-Work Permit-Intl Student?

Hi

I have a few questions

I am currently on a post-graduate work permit (after completing a post-graduate certificate course) which expires in October 2011.......
I have applied for FSW and it looks like my FSW application will not be finalized by the time my work permit expires. I was wondering can I go back to school for another post-graduate certificate to stay in Canada? Will CIC allow me to do this and do I have to go back to my home country or can I apply for the new study permit here in Canada. Also, if I apply for Jan 2012 intake can I stay in Canada between the expiry of my work permit and the issuance of a new student visa

You can stay in Canada while with the older study permit, get admission in a new school and apply for a new study permit, its pretty possible and easy. You don't have to go back to home country for that.

Ok so I apply to Vagerville for a new study permit. Since I need a TRV do they process that as well or do I need to apply elsewhere to get the TRV?
