Interview requested in 3 wks time, while the sponsored is out of her country. How can it be done, can it be reschedules or its a must or is there anything that can be done to have it in canada.

I don't know about rescheduling, but my understanding is that if they have requested an interview you must go back to the country the application is being processed in to do the interview.

I am applying outland but going to stay with my husband in Canada until I hear anything, but accept that if they call me for an interview I will have to fly back to UK for it.

Do you mean that you are available in the country where the application is being processed for the interview, but your sponsor is not at home in Canada to accept the call? I would suggest contacting the Embassy and explaining the situation. They may want to go ahead as long as they are able to get hold of the sponsor to ask questions if necessary....but I would check with them since the phone number won't match that on the application for verification purposes. Would be a real shame to have to delay it.

Good luck.

I meant the sponsor lives in canada and is a canadian citizen. My mum is the principle applicant as is currently in canada on visiting visa. expiring in january. Is it a must she has to live to go for the interview. If she goes can she come back with the same visa expiring in mid january immediately?

She will definitly have to leave to attend the interview. They will not reschedule. After waiting for so long I wouldn't even attempt to ask them. Not sure about the Visa requirement and reentry.
