i have done every thing even received my updated offer letter from Canada... PCC ready.. visa ready ticket ready

have you get updated offer letter any how they asked for evidence not a fresh updated offer letter thats good if you arrange it .....and now they worked smart to hide line and what they raise concern we have told them in our updated justification ......so no worries ......

Lo g here is story of refusal it does not mean i am scaring you cause im scared lolz ......one person applied with AEO and visa officer ask him for his company website address when she putted it in system that was an immigration firm and he showed the experience of finance manager in immigration firm and she started asking question about finance he did not give answers of job duties and then she started question about immigration process of different country and person reply very fast ha ha ha ha at the end she said you are not finance manager there but you are assistant to immigration case so your experience is fake and i personally think if some one is not finance manager i hope he would not answer,,,,,, its a technical jobs. so he is refused ......this is just case do not afraid ........ 8)

No need to wait till 26th our senior most (FSWP) xp4com have interview on 24th.

I was trying to evaluate two apartments I own in my home country and take this evaluation report with me "as a plus" as some one here mentioned.
I found that it would cost me around 1000 CAN to get a certified evaluation report which is very expensive.
I consulted my consultant who advised me that its not required "You do not need to provide an evaluation report, nor does anyone need to stamp any of the documentation."

In the interview docs, No. 14 mentioned:
Proof of sufficient settlement funds currently available and readily transferable to Canada and other financial assets and liabilities, such as personal income tax statements, investments, deeds, property evaluations and mortgages;

Proof of fund is clear but property evaluation??? do we have to pay that much to get an evaluation of the properties or the translated contract of ownership is ok.


Or the whole thing is silly, really
