Guys,

I sent an email on Jan 24th to confirm that I will attend the interview on given date and time however I have not received so far any confirmation from LVO except the auto reply that my email has been delivered to them.

Has anybody received separate email aside from auto reply? If yes, Shall I send a reminder email on 'London-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca' or wait?

Please advise.

This is not restricted to BANK STATEMENT. Balance Certificate is sufficient as I see. What do you think guys? My Consultant said the same

I have discuss with the people who are in Canada after passing interview first of all failure in interview ratio is very much low ........and what they told me that interview prolong up to 30 minutes .....and most of things are asked about job we have perfect score only they try to debate on our job experience .......so they raise questions about job and ask first of all a question how do you perform your duties in Canada do you know about the market of Canada .......as Im applied as Finance Manager how I am preparing my interview is I am searching what accounting standards are in Canada, how they calculate their Sales Tax, what is their pension plan for employee. How much income tax is impose how they calculate withholding tax .....etc........So I suggest every one you must have to focus on your job duties ........and for preparation Google is your best friend .......one more thing in which city you are landing you must know the living cost there......and wages of your job there as I searched in Canada minimum wages is for Sale Clerk that is 14 dollar per hour and maximum wages is for Dentist that 70 dollars per hour...........last but not least .......start any kind of Wazifa for success as well.......Almighty must help you ............

Well said, I am in of same opinion and preparation is also on the same track.

For 2174 "How do you perform your duties in Canada" is kind of odd question. 2174 will do the duties in Canada as they do it anywhere. IT is standard language and its knowledge and practices are the same anywhere. So I guess this does not applicable to our NOC. but I guess "How to you think you can compete in Canadian market?", "How do you plan to get a job?", and of course "Tell me in details about your duties in XX companies you worked in". or in my case "You've graduated from a different university, why you worked as an IT professional and how and where you built and maintained your knowledge?"

Just try to remember what ever you have claimed in your experience and JD letter.
They will not ask you technical questions too much in depth like coding of java etc....
