comments please. when i applied i wrote experience from my previous job but after getting update letter 2009 u sent exp a bit diff . but remaining current job exp is same as i stated from beginning. whether it may effect or no effect of x jobs exp.

I'll be copying the same + some refine language explaining them a bit not too much as JD just depicts one line for each item.
 
I dont think copying from the reference letters to CV is good idea. CV is meant to be focused while reference letters are kind of detailed. If you have 4 detailed reference letters from different employers then most probably your cv is going above 3-4 pages

I think the cV must have the same duties in the ref letters but in different wording.

Just a comment, since job descriptions are set by companies for all designations, therefore refree, either HR or Repoting Manager, must write same job description so do the applicant. I don't see any harm in pasting the same job description on CV rather it is better to be exactly on the same page.
