i was just trying to get his view point.

Still I am not convinced that employment history section of the CV should be "Copy - Paste" from the reference letters. as those are two different type of documents. It should match YES it should but not as a copy paste.

Is it a significant issue? SURE NOT :)

let me tell you one thing... VO's are not expert of every field...

if there will be difference between wording that can create confusion in VO'c mind....

if there is no negative effect on the application then we should go with the copy paste...

Do you think the vO do not know the difference between the Experience Letter and CV?

Anyways, lets move to another important issue. do VOs comes from London or they are VOs working in Abu Dhabi embassy?

couldn't get a clear answer to this question earlier!

well they can confuse between wording.... an i have scene in the past... just refused so much application because of JD'd mismatch... and in real they have misunderstood...

well they travel from London.... and they tell you on the interview that when thay reached at Abu Dhabi to conduct you interview.....

i am 100% sure that they travel from London...

Dear MM2,

Whether you decide to copy and paste your JD from your employment letter to your CV or you choose to use a different tone doesn't really matter as long as they both mean the same thing. That should not in anyway be seen as JD mismatch. JD mismatch is when you have written something completely different and not related to each other. I am sure VO's are learned and can understand the difference between mismatch of words and rephrase of words.

one our forum member case was rejected the reason vo stated that u have cut past duties and i am not satisfied that u r doing these duties actually. so avoid cut past.

It could be true. Cut and paste duties from NOC JD will be suspicious because they are exact word for word which they have put on their employment letter or reference letter and sent to CIC. The VO has no other choice but to doubt the credibility of the applicant to perform such duties and hence, their application will not be eligible for further processing. One has to be smart.

What i believe is they have accepted our submitted jd or experience letters thats the reason we have received per.
So just copy from what you have submitted before not from the noc list so should not be cut past as this is ours only.
