Internship as experience

Hi Folks,

My CRS score 447 without putting my paid internship in bachelors, if i include internship my score will jump to 472. I am confused if i can use paid internship (6months) 30+ hrs while i am in my final semister of my BTech in India?

I waited with 447 score for almost 6 months now. Please really need help on this.
